Training workshop to help legal firms internationalise

An international training workshop for legal companies will take place in Wakefield on 14 May 2008.

The Passport to Export for Legal Services workshop has been specifically designed to assist firms in the legal sector to develop their international business. It is an extension of UK Trade & Investment’s (UKTI) flagship programme, Passport to Export, which is aimed at new and inexperienced exporters.

The workshop will comprise five key elements:

• A review of where you are now and where you want to get to
• A training and development workshop
• Creation of a strategic plan to develop international business
• One to one mentoring with a specialist adviser
• Funding to help implement your strategy

Attendance is by invitation only from a UKTI international trade adviser.
